Nutritional value - Magnesium

Magnesium is involved in over 300 bodily processes, such as protein synthesis, muscle function, and energy metabolism. For an active lifestyle or in cases of a magnesium-deficient diet, a supplement can be beneficial.

Plnktn magnesium comes from the Ulva Lactuca algae (Sea Lettuce), a natural and organic source of magnesium. Many supplement brands use chemical compounds for their magnesium. We, on the other hand, use the form of magnesium that you also find in your other food, namely the natural form.

We recommend taking 1 capsule daily during or immediately after a meal to improve absorption.

Magnesium plays a role in relaxation and muscle function. Many people therefore experience more muscle calm with additional magnesium use.

Muscle cramps, twitching eyelids, fatigue, and a tingling sensation in the hands or feet are often cited as possible signs. These symptoms can also have other causes, making it difficult to determine whether they are actually due to magnesium deficiency. Start with a varied diet and seek advice from a doctor or dietitian if the symptoms persist.
