Definitions
- We / us / plnktn – plnktn B.V., the maker of everything you order here.
- You / your / customer – the person placing an order through our webshop.
- Subscription – a recurring product that is delivered to you automatically.
- Product – all food products offered via our webshop.

1. Ordering & payment
You can place orders via our webshop. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. Payments can be made securely via iDEAL, credit card, or Bancontact. All prices include VAT.
Please note: an order is only final after payment has been completed. If something goes wrong (for example, if your payment fails), you can always contact us at support@plnktn.com
2. Subscriptions
At plnktn, you can choose between a one-time order or a subscription. With a subscription, you will automatically receive your product at the interval you choose.
- You are not locked into anything: you can pause, postpone, or cancel at any time.
- You can manage this via your account or by contacting us.
- We will remind you by email of your upcoming delivery (7 days in advance).
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be stopped.
- In that case, please email us — we are happy to help find a solution.
- Your payment will be charged automatically via your selected payment method.
3. Shipping & delivery
We work with a shipping partner for delivery. After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace link. In most cases, your package will arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
If something goes wrong with the delivery, please contact us at support@plnktn.com and we will resolve it.
4. Returns
Not satisfied? That can happen.
- You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.
- Only unopened products are eligible for return.
- Please email us at support@plnktn.com for return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
- Always notify us before sending something back, otherwise we cannot process your return.
Please note: we cannot accept opened products.
5. Product information
Our products are intended to complement a healthy lifestyle but do not replace a varied and balanced diet. They are not medicinal products.
We aim to provide information as honestly and transparently as possible, but the information on our website does not constitute medical advice. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you — for example if you are pregnant, taking medication, or have a medical condition — always consult a doctor or specialist before use.
6. Liability
Use our products as intended and according to the instructions on the packaging. If you use them differently, or in combination with other supplements or medication without consulting a doctor, we cannot be held liable for any consequences.
We take great care in providing accurate information on our website. However, errors may occur. We are not liable for damages resulting from inaccuracies on the site, unless there is intent or negligence on our part.

Your data is safe with us. We only use your information to process your order properly and, only if you choose to, to keep you informed via email. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

All content on our website — from text to images and packaging — is the property of plnktn. You may not copy or use any of it without our prior written permission.
9. Changes
We may update these terms if our services or processes change. The most recent version will always be available on this page. If you have a subscription, we will notify you by email of any important changes.
