What does a subscription mean?

With a plnktn subscription you will receive a new supply of algae products on a regular basis, tailored to your preference. You choose the delivery frequency yourself, every 30 or 60 days (you can easily adjust this frequency in your account after signing up, useful for example if you keep your other dosage).

Do you want to make changes in the meantime, such as changing the order date or delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription? No problem, you always have full control and can easily arrange this yourself via your account . Can't figure it out? Our support is happy to help you! :)

How do I take out a subscription?

To subscribe, go to the product page of the product you want to order. Choose the subscription option that suits you best, such as how often you want to receive the products (every 30, 60, 90 or 180 days), and click "subscribe now". Your order will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You pay for your first subscription order immediately and it will be processed immediately. The following deliveries will be automatically debited by direct debit.

Want to subscribe to multiple products? Simply add the desired subscription products to your shopping cart and complete the order.

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with a link to log in and manage your account .

How do payments work?

With your first subscription order, you pay directly via your chosen payment method. For the following deliveries, you do not have to do anything: the payment is automatically debited via direct debit on the day your order is processed.

In your account you can easily adjust your delivery frequency, change the order date, adjust the number of people, add/remove subscription products, update your payment method and cancel your subscription. In other words: you can arrange everything yourself!

Why don't I receive a recovery email or am I unable to log in?

You probably haven't created a plnktn account yet. It is possible to have a subscription without having an account. Don't worry! You can easily create an account via this link . After that you can log in and manage your account.
