Greek Seaweed Salad🥗

This is the favorite salad at our office! Simple, nutritious and above all incredibly tasty :) Every day we start lunch with a well-filled salad. When this is on the table, it is always a party.

Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • 125 g mixed lettuce
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g feta
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g chickpeas
  • 100 g kalamata olives
  • Plnktn Seasoning: Wakame and/or Royal Kombu

 This is how you make it

  1. Cut the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives and avocado.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and rinse them thoroughly with water.
  3. Mix the lettuce with all the ingredients. Crumble the feta coarsely over the salad and add the olive oil.
  4. As a finishing touch, the plnktn seasoning: Wakame and/or Royal Kombu.

Did you know that seaweed is rich in essential minerals and vitamins, such as calcium, iodine, vitamin A, E and K? This makes it an excellent alternative to table salt.
