This is the favorite salad at our office! Simple, nutritious and above all incredibly tasty :) Every day we start lunch with a well-filled salad. When this is on the table, it is always a party.
Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 125 g mixed lettuce
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 1 red onion
- 200 g feta
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 150 g chickpeas
- 100 g kalamata olives
- Plnktn Seasoning: Wakame and/or Royal Kombu
This is how you make it
- Cut the tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, kalamata olives and avocado.
- Drain the chickpeas and rinse them thoroughly with water.
- Mix the lettuce with all the ingredients. Crumble the feta coarsely over the salad and add the olive oil.
- As a finishing touch, the plnktn seasoning: Wakame and/or Royal Kombu.
Did you know that seaweed is rich in essential minerals and vitamins, such as calcium, iodine, vitamin A, E and K? This makes it an excellent alternative to table salt.
