After a good night's sleep, the body needs fluids. This smooth(ie) shot gives you a refreshing view of the day. It balances the fluid balance, supports digestion and gives the right energy.
Ingredients:
Juice of ½ lemon
2 grams Marine Phytoplankton (plnktn.) powder (small teaspoon)
Slice of ripe pineapple (1 CM thickness) *
1/3 cucumber
4 mint leaves
Pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)**

Blender
Knife
Cutting board
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Preparation method:
- Squeeze the ½ lemon and put the juice in the blender.
- Add 2 grams of plankton to the lemon juice.
- Cut the skin off the pineapple and remove the core
- Wash and cut the cucumber into slices of ½ cm thick.
- Place the pineapple, cucumber and mint in the food processor.
- If desired, add a pinch of cayenne pepper for some extra spice.
- Blend everything into a smooth smoothie
*: make sure you cut out the round heart. This piece will make your smoothie bitter and give it a fibrous mouthfeel.

Prep tip: make the smoothie the night before bed and put it in the fridge. That way you have a delicious refresher when you wake up.
