Your daily Omega-3 from the original source: algae.
Plnktn Omega-3 Liquid is the liquid version of our well-known Omega-3 capsules — the same 100% fish-free, plant-based omega-3 from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp., now in an easy-to-dose liquid form in a glass bottle.
Per 2.5 ml (1 teaspoon/scoop), you receive 250 mg DHA and 125 mg EPA. Scientific research shows that a daily intake of at least 250 mg of omega-3 contributes to the normal function of the heart, brain and vision (EFSA-approved health claims).
This liquid formula also contains vitamin D3 (10 µg per 2.5 ml). The omega-3 is blended with MCT oil as a carrier and enriched with natural antioxidants (such as rosemary extract and tocopherols), plus Sicilian lemon oil for a fresh taste — without a fishy aftertaste.

I am super happy with this
Super happy with this! I chose it because it’s vegan — and leaving the fish alone is a win-win. Delivery was on time, customer service is fast and friendly, and I’ve now added the plankton capsules to my subscription. Very excited about those!
It is a quality product
It's a quality product from a food-grade source. Better for the body's absorption. I'm very satisfied!
Product works well
The product works well and I haven’t had any side effects, similar to another algae-based vegan product I used before. I switched to this brand because it’s grown in the Netherlands rather than harvested from nature. It’s also a bit more affordable than my previous brand.
I like it!
I've only been using it for a few days! I really like it! The packaging is beautiful, and they've put a lot of thought into it! Top product!
No aftertaste
No aftertaste or fishy burps
Works very well
I'm currently using this product instead of the fish oil version. I really like it. It's great to use this natural product.
No noticeable effect yet, but I trust it.
I’ve been using it for a few weeks since I don’t eat fish. I haven’t noticed a clear effect yet, but I trust the product and will keep using it. Delivery was fast and everything was well packaged.
Great product
Great product, easy to take, and I love the subscription. You know exactly when they'll be shipped, so no more worries if you don't have time to buy them.
Great!
It feels good to know I’m getting enough omega-3s and can stay vegetarian with peace of mind.

Process Omega-3
From algae to supplement
The dark side of omega-3 from fish
Every year, around 17 billion kilos of fish are caught for omega-3, mainly for fish oil capsules. Did you know that a single fish oil capsule can contain up to 30 anchovies? This puts enormous pressure on our oceans, while fish are just the middleman. Algae are the original source of omega-3: 100% plant-based and fish-free.
30 anchovies for one capsule
For one jar of omega-3, around 30 anchovies are used, a direct contribution to overfishing.
Heated, pressed, deodorized
Anchovies are ground and heated, resulting in an oil with a strong odor and loss of purity.
Not only anchovies die
Alongside anchovies, plankton, juvenile fish and many other marine organisms are impacted by industrial fishing practices.
Why fish? Omega-3 comes from algae.
Fish don't make omega-3—they get it from algae, so you might as well go straight to the source, farmed on the mainland.
