Ingredients for 1 person:
- Half ripe avocado
- 2 tbsp cottage cheese
- plnktn. seasoning Wakame and/or Royal Kombu
- Slice of bread of your choice; our preference is sourdough bread!
This is how you make it
- Spread your bread with cottage cheese.
- Halve the avocado and remove the skin and the pit. Slice the avocado and place on the bread slices.
- Top with the planks. Seasoning : Wakame and/or Royal Kombu.
- Enjoy your meal :)
Tip: the plankton seasoning tastes delicious in combination with different toppings such as hummus, egg or grilled vegetables on your bread.
