Avocado sandwich with seaweed 🌱

The perfect quick & nutritious lunch. The plnktn. seasoning adds an extra dimension of flavor to your usual avocado sandwich! For a protein-rich twist, we add cottage cheese. Proteins not only contribute to a feeling of satiety, but also ensure that you feel less hungry 🙌🏼

Ingredients for 1 person:

  • Half ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp cottage cheese
  • plnktn. seasoning Wakame and/or Royal Kombu
  • Slice of bread of your choice; our preference is sourdough bread!

 This is how you make it

  1. Spread your bread with cottage cheese.
  2. Halve the avocado and remove the skin and the pit. Slice the avocado and place on the bread slices.
  3. Top with the planks. Seasoning : Wakame and/or Royal Kombu.
  4. Enjoy your meal :)

Tip: the plankton seasoning tastes delicious in combination with different toppings such as hummus, egg or grilled vegetables on your bread.
