Do you ship worldwide?

YESΒ we do! All orders are dispatched on the same day if you order beforeΒ 16:00pmΒ (CET). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.Β 

Within how many days can I expect my order to arrive?

WithinΒ The Netherlands, you can normally expect your packageΒ within 1-2 working days when ordered before 16:00pm. However, outside of The Netherlands shipment takes longer. It can take 2-17 working days to arrive.Β Click hereΒ to see the average shipment time for your destination.Β

Why are the shipping costs for some countries quite expensive?

Shipment companiesΒ charge relatively high prices for some destinations. Unfortunately, this isΒ out of our control. However, if the number of orders increase for your country, shipment prices will decrease as well. So perhaps tell yourΒ friends, family and neighbors aboutΒ this amazing product ;)Β 

How can I check the status of my order?

After ordering our superfoods, you will receive aΒ track and traceΒ code whenΒ the shipment company collected the package.Β 

What to do when my product is damaged?

When a product is damaged during shipping, please contact us atΒ support@plnktn.comΒ and we will get in touch to solve the issue. Please make sure to do thisΒ within a weekΒ after receiving your package!Β 

What if my package did not arrive?

The NetherlandsΒ - Sometimes'brievenbuspakketjes'might be delayed due to various reasons, such as: the package is at the wrong sorting centre; the package is stuck somewhere; the package is stolen. In other words, it is sometimes difficult toΒ track for MyParcel. So what will we do? If you didn't receive your package after5 days,Β we will let MyParcel send a recipient statement (ontvangersverklaring) to you. After signing this statement we can take care of a new shipment.Β

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

It is possible to returnΒ plnktn.Β However, this is only possible when the package isΒ unopened, which means that theΒ sealingΒ is stillΒ closed. We will make sure toΒ process the refundΒ of the product(s) as soon as we received the product(s) in theΒ requiredΒ condition.Β Please send an e-mail toΒ support@plnktn.comΒ and we will get in touch!Β 

After how many days can I return my purchase?

You have up toΒ 14 daysΒ toΒ informΒ us that you would like to return your product. Afterwards, you have anotherΒ 14 daysΒ toΒ sendΒ the product. Enough time to make a wise decision... ;)

Can you refund my purchase?

We are more than happy toΒ process the refundΒ as soon as we haveΒ received the unopened product(s)Β in the right condition.Β
