We are happy to help you get the most out of this beautiful powder. The plnktn. powder is a natural powerhouse that you can use in different ways throughout the day.

Dosage:
2 grams per day (half teaspoon)

How to use: Ready to add 75+ nutrients to your smoothie, juice, bowl or even dish?

Before we start, we would like to tell you the following about the taste and smell of algae:

- Umami.
Also called the 5th taste next to sweet, salty, sour and bitter.
- Slightly salty.
Reminiscent of the sea.
- Prominent. Algae have a fairly strong flavour.

Because the taste can be overpowering, it is important to dose the amount well and to know what you can combine it with. We recommend a small/half teaspoon of Marine Phytoplankton per person. This is approximately 2 grams (daily dose). You can of course increase or decrease this dose according to your own taste and wishes. 2 handy tips for use:

1.
Make sure the (vegetable) milk/yoghurt, juice or smoothie you mix it with is nice and cold. You can easily do this by adding frozen fruit or some ice cubes.
2.
Make sure there is another dominant flavor in your dish or drink, such as ginger, avocado, red fruit, beetroot, apple, etc.
