1. What is Marine Phytoplankton?

Marine Phytoplankton is perhaps the ultimate source of nutrition to start your day. This vegetable supplement provides our body with many nutrients that we need every day, including: valuable minerals (iron, iodine, etc.), vitamins (C, B1, B12, etc.), all amino acids and strong antioxidants (chlorophyll, beta-carotene, zeaxanthin, etc.). In this process, our algae almost only need sunlight to convert CO2 into oxygen and nutrient-rich biomass. No agricultural land is required, making it not only a very complete, but also very sustainable product.

4. How to use it?

Very simple: 2 grams of plankton per day. Preferably during the first meal of the day.

For powder this means: small/half teaspoon of plankton powder.

This is very dependent on each person and depends on various factors, such as:

- Do you have a shortage of specific nutrients?
- What does your daily diet look like? Do you eat a healthy & varied diet?
- Do you take Marine Phytoplankton for your general health or to combat specific complaints?
- Etc.
