How do I take out a subscription?

Go to the product page, choose your subscription option, and click on 'subscribe now'. You pay for your first order immediately, after that the payment is automatically processed by direct debit. Do you want multiple subscriptions? Simply add them to your shopping cart. After your order you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes with a link to log in and manage your account.

How do payments work?

With your first subscription order, you pay directly via your chosen payment method. For the following deliveries, you do not have to do anything: the payment is automatically debited via direct debit on the day your order is processed.

How do I manage my subscription?

Log in to manage your plnktn subscription (at the top of this page). Easily adjust your delivery frequency, order date, number of people, products and payment method or cancel your subscription. In short, you have full control over your subscription.
